Great for Physical Therapy and Home Exercise
I purchased the HPYGN Ankle Resistance Bands after using similar ones during physical therapy for my knees. These work just as well as the ones my therapist used. The cuffs are comfortable, the resistance is smooth, and they’re perfect for the exercises I was doing in my sessions. Now I can keep up with my therapy routine at home, and they’ve helped a lot with strength and mobility. Great quality and very effective.

Really worth it for a low price
The material quality is amazing. I love that everything comes in an organizing pouch that makes easy to take this kit to the gym. The resistance bands are pretty sturdy and the tension is perfect. Honestly I am surprised of its quality and all the things that brings for its price.

Easy to use
I really like this ankle resistance band! It’s super easy to use and actually makes my workouts feel more effective. The straps are comfy and the resistance is just right for leg and glute exercises. I’ve been using it a lot at home and it’s holding up great. Definitely a good buy!

Not as much resistance as I had hoped
I bought these for my home gym. The ankle straps are study and have strong velcro so they don’t budge which is great. They are portable for travel and take up minimal space. They also come with a printout of suggested exercises to do with the bands. I do wish the resistance bands were stronger. For me, the strongest one is not heavy enough. Had I known that I probably wouldn’t have purchased them.

Great resistance options, perfect for strength or conditioning isolated muscles!
The resistance levels offer a good range, whether your focus is conditioning or strengthening, I can tell a difference in isolating my muscles! I feel my hips and glutes are more stable and overall it helps with my chronic pain. My only complaint (and it’s not even a problem with the product) is my cats try to play with it when I use it, so be advised your furry friends may be involved in your workout 😂

Disappointed worked well until they didn’t
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I thought the ratings were solid. I used them a couple of times and one band is already broken. I KNOW I’m not THAT strong.
