Researched and thought perhaps this would be a healthy alternative. And it has been. Will continue purchasing this item.

They are easy to take. It's really hard to say if they are effective or not. I had a bone graft done after getting some bad teeth pulled to prepare for 2 implants, I read that good blood flow will speed up & help with the healing process. The internet told me ginger & turmeric will help with blood circulation. I also have some issues with arm movement due to office work, literally can't move one of my arms w/o immense pain. This supplement mentioned it will help with inflammation. I have been taking these off and on for a month, ( not daily ) I can't speak on the blood flow but my bone graft is healing well & I have some improvement in my arm movement, also noticed the pain level decreased. I will continue taking those.
