Very good bike and relatively cheap
Took the plunge and bought this bike as I could do with losing a few pounds,I must say firstly it's rather heavy so you may need a little help if setting it up in bedroom upstairs or take it up in bits as I did, it was very easy to assemble, around half hour to complete. The set up and build instructions are basic but easy to understand but computer info could do with being more informative and clearer as to how to use it properly, that bit is the only setback. It has plenty of options,12 presets which simulate a ride and the options to devise your own, loads of info on large clear screen regarding time ,calories, heart rate, watts, distance etc, not sure how accurate they are ?????? The bike is sturdy and almost silent in use, seat is a little uncomfortable as some others have mentioned but nothing major. I think for the price (I paid £219 ) its a rather decent bike for the money, and I'm a tight Yorkshireman . Delivery was earlier than stated which makes a nice change. Only had it just over a week so to early to tell any results but may update later . Great bike and I'm happy with service

Amazing value for money
A really nice, proper, exercise bike. The programs are fantastic, having 12 to choose from and 16 levels of difficulty overall. The display is actually surprisingly good, and the dial style input is much better than half a dozen tiny buttons. The seat is immensely uncomfortable. A gel cover is a required buy for this bike. For £200, you won't find a better bike. There're Reebok bikes available for £100 more that offer nothing better, so don't hesitate to buy this one.

Sturdy, well made, easy to build
Viavito have made the bike so incredibly easy to build, parts well labelled, instructions easy to follow and once put together really sturdy well built machine, the lcd screens very bright, took a min to work out the settings, and there is lots of adjustments you can make to the seating height/angle/handlebar angle, an absolute bargain at 200 quid really pleased, perfect for a fatty patty like me to loose a bit of weight. Thank you much appreciated

Love this bike
Bought the package on Amazon (£69) to get bike assembled as I certainly couldn't have put it together myself. However, once assembled (and the maskless assembler bloke had left), found it had no resistance (whether due to assembler's failure or to actual bike not clear). Contacted the sellers, SWEATBAND, who were really helpful and sent out their own engineer immediately to assess. Had he not been able to fix it, they said they would have replaced. Happily, it was easy to put right. This is a brilliant, sturdy exercise bike (weight limit 140kg). I use it every day.

Do your homework
I bought this in good faith. It states it has 12 programmes and other great features but what you get is a little round display which allows you to adjust some parameters such as time, distance etc. Having used many exercise bikes, an example would be that I was expecting to be able to choose a ride that reaches certain goals and the bike adjusts accordingly, ie if I choose 1 hour ride with a target of 135bpm, the bike should adjust resistance or cadence but nothing happens. Having looked at several websites, some show an actual console with what look like programme options (like you get in a gym). I have either totally misread the advert or the advert is misleading or the instructions aren’t clear. Too late for me as I’ve set everything up so will never get it back in the box so what I’m left with is £60 worth of upright exercise bike with manual control instead of £229 of upright exercise bike with a decent console and automatic adjustment.

The price doesn't match the functionality & finish
When I purchased this bike in December 2019 it cost £245. At that time I would have given it four stars, as it is a reasonably good bike for £245. However, now I see the price has increased by a whopping £100 to £345 (without any increase in functionality) I feel that it only deserves three stars. It's simply not in the £300+ bracket of bikes, and it's expensive for what you get. Overall the build quality and functionality are decent, but it does have issues. My bike was immediately squeaky and I had to oil the pedals and central rod before using it. Not the biggest problem, but I haven't had this issue with other £300+ bikes. For the first couple of weeks there was quite a bit of clunking at higher levels of resistance. In my experience with exercise bikes this tends to happen before a major internal failure. I kept cycling each day and after a couple of weeks the clunking began to fade, which is good, but again, for a £300+ bike this is not reassuring. Another flaw not normally experienced with more expensive bikes is that you can't turn this model off - it has to be left plugged in all the time. If you unplug it when not in use it will forget your age, weight, height, sex, the time, date and any times and distances that you have entered into a user defined program. If you have to turn your bike off in between sessions (to store it) it could prove highly irritating having to re-enter all this info every time you want to exercise. Again, on a £345 bike you'd expect the inclusion of an internal long life battery to remedy this. Following on from the above is the ridiculously annoying and rather loud beep that accompanies every single button press or turn of the dial. This might not sound like much of an issue, but if you want to enter 30 minutes as a time and 20km as a distance, that's a total of 230 beeps (or what will likely be one monotonous been as you increase the distance in 0.1km increments) each and every session. If you have to unplug your bike each time you use it, you then have to add all the beeps for setting your age, weight, height, sex, the time, date as well as the cycle time and distance. This is a minor irritation on a cheap bike, but again not something I'd expect to have to put up with when spending £345. At £245 this was a decent buy, but at £345 it lacks the quality and finish of other bikes in the £300+ bracket.
