Really helps give a lift when you feel a little tired. Does not cause the heart to speed up just makes a feeling of energy.

Always a fan but enjoy the Lemonade flavor.

Grape tastes better, but the packaging and delivery was perfect. I drink 1/2 in morning and 1/2 in afternoon to avoid jitters.

I keep this in my desk at work, and also some at home. I typically have one early in the afternoon to get me through the rest of the day. Taste is not the best, but it goes down quick so I barely notice. Much cheaper than having to buy a coffee everyday. Doesn't make me jittery at all, just provides a quick energy boost to get me through the day, or start my morning.

I love this product. It wakes me up every morning and in afternoons when I start nodding off at my work computer. I will continue to use it for life. It taste great too.

I thought I read the ingredients well enough to verify absence of allergen before purchasing. Fortunately, it’s a mild, controllable reaction. Honestly, I think the advertised photos changed in the process of me receiving the order. I was hoping to find a cheaper alternative to five-hour. (I need the liquid vitamin B source, due to my severe deficiency.)
