A3 Colortech Paper 90g - Ream of 500 sheets

Very good product, gives clean crisp prints.

Good quality paper.

The paper is still usable, but I'd like to know why the original packaging had been tampered with, and why it was re-wrapped in plastic before being sent out. But there doesn't seem to be an option to make this particular point to Amazon - only to return the item, which seems pointless as it is in fact usable. But why has this happened?

Paper is a natural product and absorbs water. When it does, it does not work very well (jams). Xerox (and likely other premium brands) wrap their paper in a coated outer to control the moisture content.Amazon delivered this item with the wrapper damaged due to inappropriate packaging... See picture.I could return it but suspect that the same packaging technique will be used for the replacement.I'm keeping it but will unlikely buy paper from Amazon again...I will wrap the unused paper in cling-film to manage moisture content.

The A3 paper looked as if it had been old stock and was ripped and tacky Half of pack was no good and had to throw away
