Small, sturdy, easy to use
I purchased this device to move away from the ungainly devices that you have wrap around your upper arm. It is small, comes with its own ‘hard-case’ storage box, extremely light-weight, portable, and easy to use blood pressure monitor. The materials do not feel cheap and are pretty good quality. I am still using the charge it came with, so will say it has a decent extended battery life. It communicates audibly in clear and understandable commands. It communicates the results clearly once it completed the test. The digital display is easy to read. Compared against an older (1-2 year old) cuff device and received similar results on both devices. If there is anything to grouse about, it would be the size of the display. It is like having a small TV sitting on your wrist. Understanding the demographic that gravitates towards devices like this, and that I am approaching inclusion to that demographic, the screen is still quite large for my preference; especially given the audible commands and results report. Overall this is a great device so far and would recommend for those looking for something light weight and easy to use.

Blood pressure cuff
This is a great blood pressure kit. It’s easy to use and gives accurate measurements as required by most doctors. If it’s a first time you’re using it and you have a doctors appointment coming up you might want to take it with you just so your doctor knows what you’re using when you take your blood pressure at home. I ordered it from Amazon. I bought it that morning and I arrived that afternoon. I was so surprised I really needed it, but it is a great blood pressure wrist measurement easy to use easy to care for it and it comes in its own container. I would recommend this to everybody a lot easier to use that’s for sure. I give it 10 stars..

Oklar Blood Pressure
The Oklar blood pressure monitor is honestly better than I expected. What stands out the most for me is the fact that it’s rechargeable, so there’s no need for batteries. This makes a big difference, especially since battery compartments can break easily over time. Not having to worry about replacing batteries or dealing with loose contacts is a huge plus. I also really appreciate the read-out-loud feature, which makes it easier to use, especially when I’m not looking directly at the screen. Speaking of the screen, the large monitor is clear, bright, and easy to read at a glance. Overall, the Oklar blood pressure monitor is reliable, convenient, and user-friendly, and I’m glad I chose it.

Review Update
Unit worked well for 33 days then started giving ridiculous readings. We tried numerous times and according to this unit we are both dead. Pulled out the old BP unit and discovered that not only were we not dead, our blood pressure was good. At least the price was not too high, it is irritating that the unit lasted just over a month. Back to the 5 year old unit for a bit. I would not recommend this unit. Update: The manufacturer reached out to me after reading the review I posted and offered a replacement unit or refund. I took the replacement unit and must say that it works great - fast and accurate. Hats off to the manufacturer for backing their product and seeing their customers taken care of. Based on the response I received I will have to change my recommendation to yes, I do recommend this product. Upgrade the stars to 4 and see how well it holds up to earn 5 stars.

Super Easy to Use and Great for Someone Who Uses it on their Own
I am so glad I purchased this. It is just the right portable size, but with numbers that are easy to see. It also has a voice tell you what your final BP and HR measurement is. It completes the cycle in less than a minute and doesn't over squeeze your arm like the doctor's cuffs do. I have a very small wrist and it is adjustable for those and larger wrists. Just make sure to relax and relax your arm and place it below your wrist like the instructions show to get an accurate blood pressure reading. I have super low blood pressure that causes me issues and having this at home to consistently use everyday at about the same time, gives me good feedback and also something I can share with the doctor.

The facts you need to know.
I bought the 70. Dollar main other brand dangerous in accurate sent it back (compared to my standard name brand Upper arm medical brand) The I ordered this 30. Dollar wrist BP and found it as accurate as my medical office unit after testing it out. It is easy to read and use and it has a voice that tells you your BP and heart rate. I am going to tell my patients if you want to check their blood pressure and HR at home or on a trip to vespecially if your on meds like me tuck this in your purse or whatever you travel with and go. My wife has two cats that love to chew on tubing this wrist unit has none. I have found a winner. Just position on you wrist as show in directions and hit start and your spouse or partner can use it because it has dual separate user interface and stores loads of data you can show your doctor next office visit. I have no financial relationship with this company but if they go public I will buy their stock. Retired medical Board Certified.

Excellent wrist BP cuff... but with an odd downside.
I tested the Oklar model W1101L against my calibrated arm BP cuff and it's results are acceptably close to my traditional model - so close in fact that I'll use the Oklar in place of my standard model arm cuff, but will keep that to periodically check the Oklar for accuracy. The Oklar model W1101L is fast, very quiet, operates smoothly and without the pronounced pulsing inflation seen in many wrist cuffs and, as mentioned, is quite accurate for a wrist BP cuff. It has a spoken BP result feature for the visually impaired, like so many do, which can easily be turned off. It has a two person capability which stores 120 BP readings for each user. And it uses an internal battery charged via a USB-C cord - a very nice feature. Another really nice point is the Oklar has yet to give me an error message when taking a blood pressure reading. My only complaint: For such an accurate, multi-featured BP cuff, it inexplicably lacks a date and time stamp to go along with the saved BP results... a very useful feature for tracking BP readings over the course of mornings and evenings, especially when a change in antihypertensive medication is being evaluated. Obviously you can always maintain a log of the dates and times of your BP readings, but wrist BP cuffs are generally selected over the traditional type of cuff for their convenient ease of use... and for the life of me, I just can't understand why a date/time stamp is missing. That's just a glaring omission. So, all in all, if you don't mind keeping a written, or app-based, log of your BP results this is likely the machine for you. As a long time healthcare professional, wrist BP cuffs just aren't as accurate at the traditional type of BP cuff, but if you're going to use one, this is absolutely one of the better wrist cuffs I've come across.

Nice blood presssure monitor, ....update, battery won't charge unless you use their cable.
Works well, easy to use, the only thing I would change is that I would allow the user to turn OFF the voice telling me what the measurement results are. It is annoying to others around me when using this device, but other than that, a happy customer. EDIT: Purchased June 27th, tried to charge it July 27th when it said the battery needed to be charged. Ok, I, connected to a charger overnight, but the display still showed about 1 bar of charge (the small white icon in the lower left), tried another charger all day today, still saw the low battery indication, but tonight see the documentation shows that this is normal, there is no way to tell if the unit is charging, or not, other than apparently just let it charge overnight and if it works you are good. Well, it was on three different chargers with 3 different cables, that all are shown to work with my phone....but when I tried it tonight, found it does not take a charge, it still does not work. So, while it works great, as long as it has a good battery, and actually the user can turn off the talking (thanks, I did finally read the directions), I will need to send it back for repair and buy another unit to replace it. The support on their web site says send an email....Ok, will do. In the meantime I need another blood pressure monitor...... Update 2: The second order arrived today, and I tried to use the new unit's usb cable to charge the original unit that would not charge.....and it does. So, buyer beware: 1- the displayed 'battery' icon in the bottom left does NOT indicate charging status, don't know why its there 2-if the unit you purchased does not charge when using your own usb cable, you must use THE WHITE USB-A to USB_C cable to charge your unit. 3- You will know it is charging when it is working because you will see a column of green bars that will let you know the charge status, and these lights will flash when the unit is successfully charging, 4- this product WILL NOT CHARGE with any 'normal' usb cable, usb-A to usb-C, or usb-C to usb-C.....their cable is somehow the only one that will work. 5- if the seller just mentioned that the buyer must use their particular usb charging cable, that should solve the issue
