Charging Case Breaks
While the sound and connection are somewhat easy and the headphones function as expected, the case leaves A LOT to be desired. I'm on my second case, which I had to return my old pair to get a replacement as noted in another review. The prongs within the case get stuck in a down position that disables the charging capabilities. I have to scratch at the prongs to get them to spring back up and function properly. I know sooner, rather than later, this will ultimately result in these no longer working. I'm sure a better product is out there.
