Excellent for both males and females Excellent Quality, Service and Delivery! I bought this item for me and my partner, the item came packaged in a box in contained 2 grips and a small carry bag. These grips have increased the intensity of my lifts and boosted the muscles on my forearms and overall hand grip strength. Me and my partner have been weight lifting for 2-3 years and have used other grips in the past, these are the best by far, they have more of a 'grip' and are very unique as they are palm and finger-grip responsive, they have been ideal for our workouts. They fit on pretty much every type of barbell and dumbbell. I would recommend these as a great addition to the weight lifters gym kit.

My mates at the gym have been using Beast Grips, so when I saw these have a similar looking design I thought I would save a few quid and get them. BIG MISTAKE. Very disappointed. The material is far inferior to my mates Beast Grips, it is way too slipping, squeezy and pretty much in-useable. Plus they seem to not fit the Olympic bars at the gym properly, they roll all over the place. Spend the extra money and get the real thing. Ripoff. 😞
