I really believe in Gaia supplements, they make the best, highly concentrated and fully tested, they are the number one brand I trust... And that means a lot to considering I went to Cornell for plant-based medicine. I've known for quite some time that health starts with the liver, But I also figured my liver probably wasn't too congested... Overlooking some really big things that were going on with my body. I'm in my mid 40s and going through perimenopause. Definitely having a lot of complications with hormone imbalance. Most of us women are estrogen dominant and it's really hard to clear your body of the dirty estrogens since they can reside in tissue, fat cells, and even organs. Sometimes those dirty estrogens get recirculated instead of excreted. I'm suffering from frequent migraines, tiredness, body aches, moodiness, cellulite, stubborn weight gain, swollen breasts, frequent cycles, hair shedding, insomnia. I've tried so many supplements to feel better and some seem to help for a little bit but they are never quite the cure I was looking for. Knowing that cellulite happens because your lymphatic system is clogged, I finally decided to start giving my liver some support and see if I can move things along. I literally just got the supplement yesterday and I am already super impressed. The ingredient list is superb, I didn't get any side effects or headaches, which can be common for me, after taking it. I released so much water weight all day and even during the night, one pound less this morning. That tells me it's helping to flush my organs which is great! I woke up this morning feeling a little more rested and no soreness. I hope this isn't placebo and I hope it continues! So far the supplement seems pretty awesome. I have ordered from Amazon (and Gaia) for years, and have never left a review. Until now. I purchased Gaia Adrenal Health, Thyroid Support, and Liver Cleanse recently out of desperation because I stopped losing weight on Keto, was extremely fatigued, and my skin was itchy and breaking out. I was experiencing uncontrollable sugar cravings. (I’m 61.) I took my first and second doses of each yesterday on an empty stomach and almost immediately noticed a subtle change. I had more energy, my skin stopped itching, no sugar cravings, less joint pain, and I was happier. Last night, I slept better and deeper. Today, I feel even more energetic and my joints are even less painful. I cannot say which Gaia supplement was responsible – maybe all 3 together. Very impressive results. I highly recommend Gaia supplements. I have used them for years and their quality is impeccable.

I really do like this product. But it came without the box and the cap cracked in shipping, and it won't close. I wish this would still come in a box, as this is a glass container and I'm surprised it didn't shatter completely in shipping.
