My husband took this on our recent 12 day trip! We opted to not take it packed but rather determine how to use it once we got there. Once arrived, we saw no shelving available so this was perfect for organizing his underwear, socks and undershirts all in one space and in the bathroom where it needed to be! Fantastic item. I will be getting another!

I bought this as a cheaper solution for my existing Tom Bihn Synapse 25, which is the largest backpack I can comfortably carry (5'1" and 100lbs). I had fallen in love with the TropicFeel Hive and Shell packing system, which allows you to remove your packing cubes and hang them up at your destination as a portable closet, and I was looking for something a bit more cost-effective than dropping $120 on something that likely wouldn't fit into my Synapse 25. And I certainly didn't want to shell out for an entirely new backpack, when I had a perfectly nice one at home! Enter this product: it's less than $40 (at time of purchase), fits perfectly into my bag, expands while hanging, and has options to hang on a hook or a bar. It's not perfect, but it definitely beats out every other option I found! The material is not a lightweight ripstop nylon, like I thought when I looked at the photos, but rather a heavier canvas material. If those extra few ounces are going to make the difference for you (and you don't mind paying more) I'd recommend looking at one of the other hanging wardrobe systems like PackIt. But for me, I appreciate the added durability! Hopefully this means that it'll stand up to more wear and tear, but I'll have to see. For $40, I don't mind replacing or repairing this if it breaks. My only gripe is that when hanging, there's no way to secure the open covers - they hang in the way of the left hand side of the cubes. An elastic cord at the base of the cover that it could roll up into would fix this problem, and I'm going to see if I can add something like that myself. Other than that, I think it's going to work great!

This helps with packing and staying organized for your trip. My kids each get one to pack and use for themselves when we go on trips. I can easily help them check if they pack all the essentials as everything is displayed (if you roll them up to pack vertically instead of stuffing on top of each other). Their own items can hanged neatly in the closet during the trip, and pack away easily afterward. A few improvements suggestions for this item to make it even better: (1.) Change the zipper closure orientation. To unzip the compartments, zipper start from the bottom. It would make it a lot better to start from the top. That way you have the option to leave the compartment cover semi-open. Nothing will accidentally fall out if you could start opening the compartment cover from the top. If you own and use one, you would know what I mean. Seems very counter intuitive to unzip from the bottom. (2.) The hanging hook needs to be a bit larger. It is hard to hook it onto standard size closet bar. (3.) Add the ability to hang a bag on the bottom for dirty clothes. It would make this so perfect to have some sort of loop or hook to attach a bag on the bottom for the dirty laundry. I saw this feature on another travel organizer bag for camping and really love that feature. Overall a good product. Only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 due to (1) zipper orientation. Things would fall out accidentally.

I haven’t actually used yet on our trip but we are going for 8 days and this is going to be an life saver when it comes to keeping track of all of our 16 months old clothes and gear. I have no doubt this will keep our bag from being a bottomless pit. Holds a ton and not to deep where I feel like things get loss. Used the small compartments for pants-6, shirts-12, socks-8 pjs-2 the middle compartment for larger items such as jackets-2 and sweaters-2. Botton part (which can be zipped up) for some diapers wipes and shoes. I am so thrilled with how well this worked with our already amazing backpack - making it even better. For reference, this is the peak design travel backpack. This is the perfect fit for the peak designs travel backpack.

There are super cool but I must warn you that the pockets aren't very deep! Maybe 6" or so.. If your a larger built man or woman how's clothes are xl or larger you won't get a weekends worth of clothes packed in one of these! And I needed it for a weeks worth of clothing, looked at it and gave it to my 5 yr old grand daughter, it will work for the little one better than for me..

This is one of the better closets for small trips. It's just enough space for a weekend and can fit in the top of my travel backpack. This was huge for me considering most of them are made for suitcases. The third bottom section is great for my dirty laundry.

while i love the idea, the material is ULTRA CHEAP (made in china) specially on the handles. the fabric broke where it holds the hangers after 2 uses. it definitely does not feel like this would sustained a laundry wash. also, the zippers are so cheap and it has flimsy cardboard inside the hanging wardrobe. basically, all materials used for this product are so cheap. i say save your money, the idea is great but the execution is terrible. i just find it funny how ppl are posting pictures of this product in a very elegant settings, LMFAO 😂

This works okay, as intended. A bit flimsy, but works. As some of the reviewers have commented, the zipper direction would have been so much better if it was sewn the other way around, so that the zipper opens at the top and things don't fall out when you try to get the stuff inside! I would get one for each of my family if the zipper is sewn so that it opens from up top, or a 2 way zipper is used instead. Hopefully, the company is reading reviews.

I used this for the first time on my trip recently, and it ripped immediately. Unfortunately, it is past the return period so I’m now stuck with a product I can’t use.
