Wow. This thing is awesome.
Well balanced, sharp blade, huge, well made. I want a whole set of screwdrivers from these people. This is a nice tool. Bravo. I even used the hex shape with an open end wrench to add leverage to break a very, very tight screw. Perfect. Would be ideal for outdrive oil drain plugs ie: Volvo, Mercury, OMC, motorcycle or automotive drain plugs or large format screws, large vent plugs, rifle stock screws, or any large, high torque screw that a regular sized screwdriver won't budge. If this tool won't break it loose, nothing will. Switch to a drill.

Good buy 👍🏻
Very well made considering the reasonable price and made in Germany! Love the hole in the handle to get a little more leverage by placing another screwdriver through it. Unfortunately the tip was a little too wide for my Honda 30 outboard drain screw. Otherwise a great beefy driver.

Large slotted tip-great value!
I was looking specifically for a large 1/2” tip slotted screwdriver. This seems to fit the bill. Very good value for around $10. Blade seems to be of descent quality. Only negative I’ve noticed is that it has a very small handle. Hard to get a good grip on it. Good thing it has a square shaft so you can use a wrench on it if needed.

Good large flathead
If you are looking for a longer, thicker flathead (like for say a central heating unit) this big boy can definitely take care of your needs. Sure it is bulky but it is a workhorse that does what it needs to do.

Large, substantial, well-made screwdriver.
Large, substantial, well-made screwdriver. I like it a lot. Fits well in the hand. The handle could be a little larger, but my hands are large/extra large.

Grinding required to fit a Mercury drain screw.
I purchased this specifically to work on Mercury drain screws. The problem is that it was just a hair too thick to fit down into the screw head. A bit of grinding with my Dremel tool did the trick. Now it fits perfectly. A very tight fit!

12mm x 2mm blade ideal for my Merc outboard
Blade fits perfectly for my mercury outboard lower unit oil screws. Solidly built and good bite into screws. Not a perfectly smooth mold seam on handle but easily smoothed out. Great tool for the $!

Yes good but never in stock
This has been out of stock for a long time. Need this for demolition. Use with mallet.

Exactly what I was looking for, a large 1/2" slotted screwdriver. The tip is 2mm wide, so if you need a chisel tip look elsewhere, but I needed the wide tip to keep the screwdriver from jumping out of the screw-heads. Made in Germany if it matters.

Lowest price 1/2" tip slotted screw driver I could find. With this product I was able to remove the 1/2" slotted bolts on my 1950's jointer without stripping. The tip of the screwdriver is proportional to it's size. I recommend ignoring the 1 star review of this product, I am happy I did.

DRIVING SLOTTED SCREWS AND AS A PRYBAR

Nice finish although I wish the blade itself had a sharper finish than smooth chrome to get a little more bite. Please be aware that it is not a 1/2" blade by my measurement. It is in fact 12mm x 2mm (wide & thick) as labeled on the screwdriver itself. It's a nice wide and short flat screwdriver suitable for oil plugs on outboard legs.

The handle seems strong but feels like cheap plastic and had rough edges I had to sand off. As others have noted the blade is somewhat thick and I had to grind it down so the driver would fit into the screw slot. In any case it is a hard to find tool and although a bit pricey is a keeper.
