I am on my second bottle...I cannot say that my arthritis pain is greatly reduced BUT what I can say is...this stuff lowered my core temperature dramatically. I have been HOT most of my life, I am 60....I have talked with doctors over the years, took other herbs and remedies and nothing EVER brought me any relief. I take this mainly for hand pain due to arthritis. I find these capsules easy to swallow and tasteless. They have bee effective in drastically reducing my hand pain. I no longer take a daily NSAID. I recommend this product.

I use this for intestinal and stomach inflammation. If taken daily it does help. Not a magic cure for me but I do notice the difference. Thanks for a good product that is easily absorbed. I'll continue buying this product as I'm pleased with the health benefits.
