I love the neck brace. It keeps me from slouching, and it relieves all the pain.I especially like the removable sleeve; remove, wash, dry, and slide it back on.I recommend this brace.

Decent neck brace for the price, holds my neck at the proper angle when sitting down for periods and helping with pain in lower back and curve in my spine.

The collar is very stiff and uncomfortable. It’s almost like wearing a plastic immobilizer. Though its width is of the correct size, the sponge is so hard. You get a pain in the neck if you wear this for some time. The width was the only reason I went in for this, the others being much wider, but the pain you endure by wearing this is just not worth the buy.Would have returned it if it was returnable.

Great item but be sure that it fits because the customer service is extremely poor quality :(

I can't really give a good review for this neck brace because I think the problems I have with it are because I bought it too big?! Plus it is too high and keeps my neck at a painful angle. I have arthritis in my neck, and scoliosis and it was just too painful for those ailments. But, I do believe that may be because I bought the wrong size and the wrong type. Sorry I can't be more helpful!! :o(
