Glow In The Dark Gaffers Tape, Highly Luminous tape For Markings & Security

This tape exceeds my expectations at both being tape and glowing. It's a very robust fabric tape with a grippy, matte surface. It sticks very strongly, yet removes without leaving residue and did not harm the wooden surface I applied it to (though we'll see if this remains true over the long term). The glow is initially very bright when it's been charged under a bright light for a few minutes. Almost too bright. But the super brightness fades to a more sedate level over the first 2-3 minutes, and then it maintains a low glow for many hours. I used the tape to mark the corners of furniture in my baby's room so I wouldn't stumble in the dark. It works perfectly for this purpose. In the dark room, the glow remains visible all through the night. I will definitely buy more Gaffer Power tapes for other purposes in the future.

Everything was good I am enjoying the product

My bedroom is pitch dark at night and I was waking up in the middle of the night feeling disoriented, and having trouble finding the door. Gaffer’s tape to the rescue! I attached a couple strips to my door, and then every night I turn on the overhead light for about 30 minutes to charge it. The works great, and in the morning it’s still glowing. It’s not super bright, but it’s bright enough to lead me safely to the door. It sticks really well, stays put, and removes cleanly. I am very happy with it.

This gaffer glow tape is a huge disappointment. After leaving it outside in bright sun for the time recommended, it glows inside in the dark only for about 30 minutes max. I had applied a narrow strip around a flashlight and when it stopped glowing and I removed the tape, it left sticky residue. The GafferPower Gaffer Tape Premium Grade (that is NOT the Glow Tape) is an excellent useful product for many applications and never leaves a residue when removed.

This is the real deal glow tape, it will remain visible for an extended time in the dark after the lights go out

i have nothing but good things to say about these tapes. i'm a professional videographer and use them frequently. i travel a lot so the size is great. they can be stored so easily in pockets/bags/cases. eventually you realize that you can do a lot with 1" wide rolls and don't need the bulky 2" wide rolls for most tasks. great when you're doing smaller jobs and don't need a lot of equipment. i use them around the house too. once you start using grip tape you don't go back. i use black, gray, and white. the white rolls are great for marking on too. i realized one of the best uses for these smaller rolls has been to give them as a gift to someone on set. if they've seen you use them and inquire about the 1" width tell them how convenient they are then hand them the roll. they'll remember that when you have to carry 15 sandbags.

I have a step inside my RV, and sometimes at night time I forget about it and have nearly tripped over it. I put this glow-in-the-dark tape along the step and the glow lasts all night so that I can see and remember that step and not trip over it. This tape sticks well and is very durable. I’m very happy with it and highly recommend it.

Product seems to be good, but it's width 1/2 inch, not 1 inch as mentioned in product description.. not satisfied, but not returned as I needed it urgently

The product was only 0.65 inch wide and less than 10 feet length instead of 1 inch x 15 feet. Adhesive quality is decent. The glow is pretty okay and remains for few hours after turning light off. Cannot be used for emergency exit taping, but works for small crafts. Returned.

Worst product. Looks green in picture but actually it is light green. Tried replace the item but amazon's response is really poor.
