Clean Beauty Warm Cotton Reserve Blend Eau de Parfum (2022 IL) 50ml

This is a review for the seller as well as for the perfume. Seller review (PRIMESPOT RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED): I’ve had this perfume in my cart for more than a year now, but it’s always been out of stock. So when it came back in stock I ordered is almost instantaneously. Half a day later I realised I hadn’t even checked who the seller was, and as someone who buys designer perfumes (Rs. 3-7k) almost always from grey market sellers, I already had my doubts regarding the genuineness of a designer perfume sold on Amazon. So I decided to check the seller reviews and lo and behold, there were so many reviews saying they got a fake article or the article never came and the dread began to set in. I looked up the perfume and Google and found it selling on Myntra and TataCliq Luxury for the same price and when I checked on those sites, the seller was the same as here on Amazon. Now, I have ordered high value articles (mostly stationery like Lamy and Caran d’Ache) from TataCliq Luxury before and have not heard horror stories about that platform so I usually consider its reliability to be extremely high for genuine luxury value products (and all products I’ve ordered before have been genuine and came with all the proper documentation), so when I saw the seller being the same on that platform as well, I thought that it’s likely that it’s a reliable seller. So I just prayed to God and didn’t cancel my order here on Amazon. Thankfully, the perfume got delivered on the estimated date, the packaging was very well done (the perfume was double bubble wrapped), the box was genuine, had an import label and I’m happy to report the perfume is genuine too. Perfume review: This is not a perfume someone would just stumble upon, especially in India, and it’s quite unlikely that such buyers wouldn’t have seen the Fragrantica page for this perfume. Well in case it is someone like that reading this review, then I’ll save you some time and just say, those Fragrantica reviews are bang on the money. For others who don’t know about this perfume or Fragrantica or grey market seller, here goes the review. The first 30 minutes are like you just jammed your head in a box of Surf Excel. Sharp, clean, citrusy. Then it begins settling down a bit and shifts to a warm aldehydic, clean-musky fragrance. Kind of like the fragrance you get when a shirt is being ironed at the dry clean store. This lasts for a good 4-5 hours with the projection lasting for the first hour and then the sillage carrying on till later. After the 5-6 hour mark, it’s pretty much a skin scent, but Lord does it smell good on the skin. This is for people who want to smell clean and not necessarily feel like they’re wearing a perfume.
