Overall good quality
Nice working trash can. Opens and closes quietly. Bag fits down and out of sight. The lid design is very clean and sleek, making cleaning the inside of the lid very easy. The aluminum sides seem kinda thin, but is holding up great. The plastic lid is thick and has weight to it.

THIS THING KEEPS EATING MY TRASH
This is a pretty chad trash can. I like the size - pretty standard trash can size. I don’t really use the touchless mode that often bc it’s a little slow for the lid to open when I want to trash something fast - but it’s nice having that options there. Super easy to remove the trash bag from the durable metal container.

Good garbage can
The garbage can in my kitchen butts up against my lower cabinets and countertop. I purchased this to replace a plastic foot pedal can from a big box store after I painted my kitchen cabinets because the hinge on the old one left marks from where the hinge rubbed against then every time it opened. I love that the hinge for this can is not at the very back of the lid, a feature I was specifically looking for, because it allows me to keep the can against my counter without having to worry about it scuffing the paint. The ring that holds the bag in place also does a much better job than my old can, as the old one would constantly come off if it was getting too full. With this can, when it’s close to getting full I can actually push the contents down a bit to make more room without the bag coming off. I left off a star because even though the sensor works pretty decently as described, but it does open sometimes when you walk by. Also, sometimes when you walk up to it and need to push the button to keep it open longer, it takes a few seconds to reset itself because the sensor goes off, you have to wait for it to close, and then you can push the button. These are minor to me, as the most important thing was for it to not scuff my cabinets & it matches all the other stainless/black appliances in my kitchen.

Fantastic Automatic Trash Can
I've been using this trash can for quite some time now, and it's fantastic how the lid opens automatically when I approach my hand. It makes throwing out trash so easy and hygienic, no need to touch the lid at all! The motion sensor is very responsive and reliable. I also appreciate the sleek stainless steel design, which looks great in my kitchen. The size is perfect, and it holds a good amount of garbage.

Elegant and is way above my expectations I added the little bling that’s just my style
This is the best item I have ever purchased I think. It is very sleek and very elegant. When you walk up to the trashcan, it opens very quietly and closes right afterwards by itself. It is very high-quality item very impressed.

A little small but overall great product
Smaller than what I thought seems low to the ground and I'm short (only 5’4) but the durability is great it works well and overall looks good

Auto open/close feature behaves as if from Twilight Zone
This is really amazing. TZone fans will remember the one in which a reclusive man hates machines and they end up ganging up and him, coming to life. I didn't know there were hands-free trash cans. I thought great idea, especially since my last to traditional ones stepper broke. I didn't realize until I already ordered or got it that it would require batteries. Which of course raises the question of how long they may last. I've had products in which the batteries died very soon. The product has an electric eye and instructions say it opens when you are just inches from it. It also says it opens instantly. Beware of the instantly claim, it's never true., Here's the TZone part: Many times, way more than half, when I just walk by, it opens. I figured it must be my lower body or sleeve. Yet -- and here's the spooky part -- the majority of the time when I go to use it, and am inches away, it doesn't open, so I have to find a sweet spot. When it works it's so nice, it opens with a little door creeking noise (like ghosts) and closes softly. But's the lid is flush. Guess what that means: you'd have to take it off the receptacle to open it if it stops working. I kept thinking, oh great, now the batteries will die much sooner. But then it went haywire. It stopped responding to commands. The on/off/open/close button allows leaving the lid open by holding it down for two seconds. Then it started to refuse to open and close, just started "misbehaving," like a child playing with the adult to drive him crazy. I wasn't going to return it because of the size. It is not expensive. Then I couldn't get it to close. It can be closed manually but it wouldn't budge. After playing with it a while, pressing the button, holding, after a while it suddenly started working normally. Now I'm back to having it open when I walk by. So it's the Zone because it seems alive! I have to be conscious of not getting close to the eye, all in the name of not having to replace the batteries in a short time. And now that I'm saying this I'm thinking if that happens and it ends up requiring new batteries frequently, then I'll want to return it but it will probably be too late. So many things in life is like this! Things that happen or don't with incredible reliability. For instance, seems like 100% of the time when I need the TV remote when something is playing I want to maybe make louder and the segment is winding down, as soon as I grab the remote and point, the TV segment ends. There's tons of thought about coincidences, whether they are true or not or what they might signify. Happens all the time on YouTube. I could be thinking about something, and it pops up. Then the most incredible thing happened. Two videos appeared in the first row about something I was thinking about or just saw, and then I was in shock when the next one was actually a video about coincidences. A number of times I'd be talking to my brother about something and later that day or the next a video on the subject appears. We figure there is phone monitoring going on, which is actually true except they claim it's not actual listening, but automated to catch suspicious terms. I've heard that many people experience these things. If you're intrigued, write me at satinwriter at gmail. Wait, here's another doozy. Periodically for days in a row I keep seeing 2 or 3 ones together. Usually digital clocks. It happens when I just happen to look at the time and am totally not trying to catch it. Not only that I have been ones in many other places including stock market ticker, and the time of a video length. Of course there are videos about this phenomenon as well. It even happens that I'll glance at the time and it will just at that very moment change from say 1:10 to 1:11, or 1:11 to 1:12. I mean I can see the switch directly. Oh it also appears on the screen of the treadmill at the gym, like calories and time. If you've read this far, reach out. Cheers.
