After trying twice and not doing it correctly, this seller helped me get satisfaction! I thought I was following the instructions correctly however was making a critical mistake. They were concerned when i expressed what happened. They sent me a third cover and explained what I was doing wrong. The third one was installed correctly and is working as expected. I have to hand to these folks very customer focused, respectful and concerned, things you often don’t find these days.
