Een duidelijke uitleg in jullie verkoops technieken, zou een stuk beter zijn voor de kopers. Ik had vooraf een breek contact NC gekocht maar dit was moeilijk te achterhalen, feite had ik een NO contact van doen, dat wanneer het contact breekt gesloten wordt. Het NC kontact is voor de vuilbak.
