I use Malic acid for candymaking. It has a sour taste & is great for making fruity flavors ‘pop’! (Especially apple and watermelon) It also improves the mouth feel of both soft and hard candies. This Malic acid is affordable, high quality, has good taste, and works well. I will definitely buy this brand again.

I use this when I make Jeffrey Morganthaler's recipe for lime cordial. I feel like the addition of this stuff extends the shelf life of his recipe. The JM recipw with a little of this added is MUCH better than using Rose's for fir gimlets.

Worked great to cider

I like sour candies and they are never sour enough for me. I ordered this and citric acid and add a little bit to his black bag, throw my own candies in, shake them around and they are excellent

We used this to make 'super juice' from lemon rinds which gives you so much more juice than the fruit alone. It turned out great and certainly makes cocktail making more affordable!
