Works as expected. The only issue I had so far was that the laptop was delivered without an audio device making it unable to play any music or sounds for that matter. The customer service took care of it remotely and it is now working well. I love the touch screen and low weight of this Dell compared to my old one. The battery life is also much better.

I gave this five stars for the price. I bought it refurbished and it is a very good notebook for under $400. It would be nice if it had at least one more USB 3 connector but it has two C connectors and it is easy to add additional ones with lots of docking stations available for as low as $25 that use C connections. Everything worked. I have had no problems after two weeks of use.

I bought this and was happy with it, it looked good and worked well. It had a 90 day warranty as it was a refurb unit. This is a follow-up to a purchase that was made 4 months and 3 weeks ago. At that point one day I turned it on and got nothing. Thinking the battery was shot I ordered a new one. Thinking back I guess even if the battery was shot and I had it plugged in I should have gotten something. (did check power supply and it was OK) Sent it off to Dell for an inspection and estimate to get it going. ($39) I was told it needed a motherboard and battery and it would be $435 plus tax! That's more than I paid for it. I said no, send it back. Just a warning about what could happen with a refurb.

This restored laptop arrived in like new condition. What a great value compared to new! The raised, soft keys make typing easier than typical laptops. I also like the convenience of the touchscreen, which is a bonus for what I paid. Fast, good screen, plenty of memory, and runs Windows 11. Also enough horsepower to play my online video games. I would recommend.

Thanks to Microsoft, we , the legacy laptop owners, must upgrade because our old laptops won’t upgrade to windows 11. It’s difficult to justify paying full price when your decision is based on bully marketing, so the « refurbished market » softens the blow.

Todo excelente llegó bien y está muy rápida

The refurbished laptop showed up in excellent condition and worked great for a few days, but then the hard drive completely failed. Repair went very well with excellent communications, RMA and shipping process, and I received the repaired laptop back in a reasonable amount of time (although a few more days than stated). An excellent supplier and it's great to know they stand behind their product.

en general bien, pero el teclado llego dañado, no funciona el backlit y el bios si lo reconoce. el espacio se siente raro, no se si usaron un repuesto genérico de mala calidad, a veces no agarra, no se todavia si devolverla porque el estado general es muy bueno y reemplazar el teclado no parece cosa de otro mundo.

Mal el producto. La bocina está dañada, la cubierta está forrada con cinta y el sistema operativo no entra, siempre manda la pantalla azul. El periodo de devolución se cerró en diciembre 202 y el producto me llegó hasta enero 2025. Absurda esta política de devolución
