I use this cable on 2018 ramcummins. Very easy to connect and works as described. Would Recommend

This worked on a 2018 Ram 1500. Install was relatively straightforward: removal of lower driver side dash (portion under steering wheel), then replacing/connecting the OBD ports, then inserting the bypass wire connector into an available port of the green module under the dash, close to the parking brake. OBD reader and app connected as expected.

Worked good with my snap on apollo scanner, used on a 2018 ram 5500 in slot 5 of the CAN block, the truck had white connectors but this one was black but hooked up fine.
