Received item 90% assembled. Just needed to attach handle and seat. Did that after two hrs on same day. Found rear gear wheel faulty. It free in both direction. Customer Service expressed inability to help as its not physical damage. They were kind enough to share brands contacts to resolve directly with brand. This is for an item i just Received and not even used once. Brand denied on site service. They will help only with spare. Do it your self. FOR BRAND NEW ITEM!!!!

Brakes are not aligned and need to be refitted. mudguard touches tyres. Provided wrench does not fit nuts because nuts are not of standard size! Had to take the bicycle to mechanic and pay him to address these issues. Company need to improve on quality rather than focusing on advertising

Nice bicycle for 3 years to 7 years kids

Upon seeing the bicycle image on Amazon, we might perceive it as a premium product, and the price seems to justify that impression. However, upon delivery, we quickly realize it's actually a low-quality item. The product arrived in a dirty, tampered carton box. It was wrapped in plastic film and carton paper, which was difficult to remove completely. As for the product itself: The support wheel is made of plastic and makes noise constantly. The front brake assembly touches the frame if turned even slightly, and since this is a kids' cycle, we can't expect perfect use. The brake lever set rotates on the handlebar and is too tight/heavy for normal kids to use. The mudguard is not properly attached and is constantly touching the wheel. The welding is arc-welded with a poor finish. Pros (which somewhat match the price): The seat is comfortable. The handle grips are soft. The seat height adjustment mechanism works well. The thick tires give it a nice look. Overall, it's an expensive, basic product, and there are better options available.

The product is really good and we can buy without hesitation. My only concern is safety wheel could be in metal or least with some very high quality plastic. Value for money

Please provide side wheels spare part, after buying the second day only the cycles side wheels broken on road... My daughter is crying alot we are not able to get the compatible side wheels stand and wheels for this cycle.. we bought 2 from different stores but nothing works... Please arrange to send side wheels and stand .. I will pay
