so far so good
out of 20 seeds only two did not germinate . The others have been sprouting like crazy over the last five or so days since starting them. I havent planted them yet because the roots have not developed yet, but that seems to be on track with the amount of time the package said it would take. They were very easy to sprout, so , so far so good. it can take 5 months for them to bloom once planted so thats about all i can say at the moment. would I buy again? If they thrive yes, if not maybe I would try again.

would not grow despite following directions
Seeds came quickly and sprouted well, but after sprouting turned black and died within a few days, even though I followed all the directions that I could find on line, since they came with no directions. Would not repurchase.

Truly impressed
I place these seeds in a bowl of water and put them outside in the sun. Changed the water after three days. Within the next three days the shoots were coming out of the seeds. Changed the water again and left in the sun. Within the next 3 days leaves were forming and I then placed in the pond. All seeds germinated and now have leaves. Two weeks have passes since placing the seeds into water. I truly am impressed. Leaves are floating on the pond and am awaiting to see if they flower. Not expecting to in the first year but who knows. I will mention that I live in the country and started these seeds in well water. Not sure if that makes a difference verses city water that has chlorine in it.

Nice leaves but no flowers yet
Most seeds sprouted and formed leaves but no flowers. I will wait and repost and review if any blooms but still something.

Success with Planning, diligence, p a t i e n c e
Sprouting the seed pods is a long process. Warm water is key. I keep my house on the cooler side so once temps warmed up the seeds really started to grow. Change water daily. Soon the long shoot/sprout will begin to grow true roots that resemble short claws. I took a small flat screwdriver to slightly crack open some of the seed covers that sprouted but weren't opening as readily. It seemed to speed up the process. It was warm enough outside to plant in a lg water bowl. I used a plastic insert from local garden center that fit the bowl (17"). I first layered soil, pure clay cat litter (unscented, generic - it's inexpensive), & put 2 " of sand on top. All but 4 of my seeds germinated. I made holes down into soil & carefully planted sprouted roots down in the soil. Placed pot on a rolling stand on the deck, in direct sun. I slowly flush the pot w/a 5 gal bucket of fresh water if I see algae starting. No blooms yet. Just added fertilizer tablets down into the soil, hoping it blooms.

Don't put them in soil as directed
I put these in water as directed and shortly I was excited because they started to crack open and Bloom and produce the stems for the flowers, however your instructions then say once they bloom to put them in soil, once I put them in with plant soil for lotus flowers, I started noticing they were producing a film on the surface of the water, that smells disgusting. They also started regressing in growth when I added them into the soil. I will purchase again and try again, but I'm not putting them in soil I feel like that ruined it.

🌸 Arrangement of Artificial Lotus Flowers in Maceta 🌸
This arrangement is a real decorative gem for the home. The lotus flowers in pink and white tones look very realistic, with detailed petals and green leaves that bring freshness and harmony to any space. The accompanying pot has an elegant and traditional finish, which gives it a sophisticated and artistic feel. It is ideal for placing in the living room, bedroom, desk or even in a meditation space, as it conveys peace and serenity. In addition, being artificial, it does not require maintenance, water or care, which makes it very practical for those who want natural beauty without worries.

Buyer beware!!!!
Bought this product because I love flowers and this water Lily was something different and beautiful. Upon receiving the pods were rock hard and it was very difficult to just nick them with plies as they suggest as they are so small and you can gripe them to nick with pliers. I was finally able to make a nick placed them in warm water and most of the pods lost the seed inside. The water became very murky and had to be changed several times 3 of the pods sprouted into long stems that just lay at the bottom of the water. Very disappointed in this product and feel like I wasted my money. I would suggest you pass it up if thinking of buying them.
