Going to avoid all DSD Tech products
Been using for around a month, when today, smoke!Item has been connected to a mini-PC and has been working fine. Today the PC, fortunately, was disconnected from the USB-C port but the power port was still connected to a power source and had been connected for around 2 hrs, so zero power draw. Suddenly I heard a crispy crackling sound and turned to see smoke from the disconnect USB-C side. I cannot imagine what might have happened if this happened when I was not around.Extremely fortunate this was not actually connected to any device as I am sure this would have bricked it.

Works as intended
I purchased this for my Breas Z2 Travel CPAP/APAP. Works as intended. It saves me from carrying one more power brick and this cable lets me run it off my multi-port USB power brick that I already carry for phone, watch, kindle, etc. Gotta love the more and more you can do using USB-C power.

Das Kabel liefert die genannten 9V (Was leider nicht immer so ist). Hier bei beiden Kabel mit einem Multimeter gemessen wie angegeben!

Muy bien
Funciona tal y como descrito. Da potencia a mi equipo de 9v sin problema. Incluso a uno de 12v y 1 amperio también le da poder así que da más capacidad de lo que dice. Superó mis expectativas.
