Found that these tanks work well and are nice and sturdy. The only issue was that the indicated fill line was not actually correct. We weighed out 10 L of water and filled one to doublecheck and found that the volume level was almost an inch below the indicated fill line for 10 L.

Lid locks down so tight it can't be turned by hand.

Unusable. Cap does not unscrew without considerable effort. I wish I could return this item but it’s not worth the effort. Going straight into the trash. Waste of money.

Fantastic thick-walled containers. The lid is easy to remove if you snap off the locking ring before sealing. They aren't screwed tighty on when shipped so, as long as you don't tighten it first, it'll come off easy. It's just like a milk jug or pop bottle; you need to snap the ring to open it if the ring is still on when you seal it. Some people can't recognize items from their daily life if it's differently proportioned, I guess?
