What can I say that hasn’t already been said! Having used this product on my barless car, I cannot recommend it enough for the following: - Ease of use: it really is as simple as place it on the roof and strap it up (either to your bars or through the car doors). Simple tightening, but very secure. - Super sturdy: This carrier simply won’t let you down. It is thick and tightens to fit the load so no room for items to slip around. - Weatherproof: whilst I was unable to test the waterproof functionality, the layer inside is thick. I can see the straps absorbing rain and potentially causing problems inside the vehicle however I would be VERY surprised should the main carrier let water through. - Super portable: the carrier folds back up into its bag with ease. Cannot ask for better storage! If you’re due to go on holiday or need to carry a little more than your boot can handle, this product is second to none. Very very impressed and wish I’d have invested sooner!

Really good quality and easy to fit to the car, straps come into the car and tightened from inside. Just be careful of the placement as they may touch your head while driving. This allowed us to downsize from and Audi S5 to BMW M1 and we now have more storage space for camping. We purchased this as a friend also had the same model. Not that you will need to supply a this non slip rubber mat and place this on your car roof before the Carrier bag is placed on the car roof. It will help to stop the bag moving around and avoid any potential scratches on the roof. I very much doubt that this would happen however and al in all this is a well made product.

Have used this twice on 2 seperate camonig trips. Good level of additional storage (the roof bag has taken 4 camping chairs, 2 airbeds, 3 sleeping bags, pillows, duvet and blankets/picnic blankets). It is easy to attach (roof bag sat between roof rack) but we have purchased an addition non slip mat to protect the car roof. The 4 corner clips together with the 2 long front to back straps held the bag in place with no issues. The bag is made of very sturdy material and the zips are fully covered. It easily folds down bag into the storage bag provided. The only reason I have not given a full 5 star rating is because we have not tested this in wet weather yet. Will update review when we have!

Was sceptical about this when I ordered it but was very impressed with its size and quality. Fitted to an S Max with out roof bars, managed to fit in a small water board 5 big bags of clothes and a beach chair, all secured with the straps supplied. Was a bit worried it might move or come of but it was absolutely fine on a nice long drive from Hertfordshire to Cornwall with no issues. We had a little bit of rain and everything inside stayed dry although like others have said the straps do get wet but we didn't have enough rain for it to start dripping in the car but the strap was wet. Overall this saved us a lot of money on getting roof bars and box and to me seems like can fit a lot more it. Would highly recommend this.

Great product. Easy to store, easy to install on your car roof

We used this bag on a family holiday which involved about 20 hours of travel and it behaved perfectly throughout. It felt secure and everything remained dry. I'm mostly just writing this review to offer more info to anyone trying to secure the bag to a car without roof racks, as the instructions were really rubbish - the diagram even has the roof bag situated the wrong way round on the car! So here's how we did it. Place the bag the way shown in the photos in this listing, rather than as shown in the diagram in the instructions. Use the two long straps to loop through the d-rings on the front and back of the bag and through the car in a circle (we didn't lift the seal or anything - just straight through and the doors still closed just fine.) and tighten as much as possible. For extra security we also joined all six of the little straps together like a daisy chain to make a third long strap, which we used in the same way as the other two, to go through the d-rings in the centre of the car and loop through the doors. My other little hint would be that once the straps are tightened they have long bits dangling down, so we used a bunch of bulldog clips to pin up the dangly bits, so if you don't have any then maybe buy a pack of those too as the straps would have been really annoying otherwise! There was minimal noise as a result of driving with the bag on the roof and the fuel consumption was surprisingly unaffected. The only downside - and it was really minor - was that the furthest back the three straps was slightly annoying to anyone above 6 foot sitting in the back seats as it was just at head-touching height, but this was at the minor inconvenience level rather than being a deal breaker, and most importantly the problem was not replicated where the driver was sitting, so safety was not compromised at all. I don't regret buying this at all and it has saved us so much storage space when compared to a solid roofbox. It packs away easily into a neat little bag and can be stored in the attic until next time it is needed.

Bought this for a trip away for a week. We needed additional space and didn't want to get a roof box. So bought this instead. After reading the reviews I first regretted my purchase and was ready to return. But honestly it kept all our belongings dry throughout the 700 mile round trip. The only downside is trying to get it on as we have a tall car but that's not the manufacturers fault. Looking back it made some hilarious ring doorbell footage of us fighting it on in the rain but I would recommend this if your looking for additional storage for a road trip. We still added on the way back one additional rachet strap but that was just for reassurance. We had already done the first 350 miles with the ones provided and it was just fine.

Después de hacer 1000km con ella puedo opinar. Le doy 5 estrellas. Es muy resistente, si la llenas bien cabe mucho, yo compré la de 425L, con 3 niños caben muchas cosas. No sé rasgó con el viento, las cuerdas resistieron muy bien, Es muy fácil de colocar y quitar. Recomendación primero llenarla bien encima del coche y luego amarrarla. No la armeis abajo y luego subirla porque es imposible. En mi caso no tenia barras y fue anclada a la estructura del coche y fue genial, no se movió. Si las cuerdas las colocas bien no hace ruido o muy mínimo, pero ese ruido lo hace un cofre duro tambien, es el efecto del viento encima de lo que lleves en el coche. No se desestabilizó el coche en ningún momento, íbamos a 120km como max en ciertos tramos y bien. Muy buena compra

Buena solución para usar ocasionalmente y no tener que comprar un cofre rígido, que después ocupa un montón. En mi caso también he comprado una “cesta” para enganchar a la baca del coche y evitar tener que apoyar todo el peso directamente sobre el techo ya que la bolsa NO tiene base rígida. Tiene un asa en cada esquina para facilitar el posicionamiento, enclave y manipulación, se sirve con 4 tiras de sujeción cortas, para los extremos y 2 largos, para rodear toda la superficie, además de los 4 que lleva cosidos que sirven para el anclaje. Respecto a las medidas, si se debe usar en algún techo más pequeño no hay problema, al ser una bolsa flexible se adapta a cualquier superficie. Muy satisfecho con la compra.

Aunque el modelo no era exactamente el mismo que se veía en la foto era prácticamente igual. La tela es similar las chaquetas de cordura para moto, impermeable y resistente (aunque no lo he probado con agua). Hay que poner bien las cintas para que no den saltos. Dos ventajas adicionales que no contaba: se dobla y guarda en cualquier parte, y como es ligero, lo puedes preparar dentro de casa y subirlo luego al coche. Sí que conviene que lo "llenes" para que tome la forma correcta (no es ni semirígido). En definitiva, lo recomiendo por tamaño y precio. Frente al cofre sólo le veo el inconveniente de que te lo pueden robar.

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because we didn’t experience rain on our trip so I’m not sure on the water resistant part. It worked well for a 15 hour round trip and fit almost all of our luggage.

Ich habe mich für diesen Artikel entschieden, da meine Möhre schon recht alt ist und ich keinen Jetpack extra für mein Automodell kaufen wollte. Die Montage war sehr einfach und hielt prima, die ganze Fahrt nach Italien runter. Gepäck wurde für 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder perfekt verstaut und hielt Wind und Wetter super ab. Die Geschwindigkeit wurde auf 130km/h angepasst, ging aber auch mal schneller und es hielt alles bombenfest.
