Okay what's not to love? There is popcorn and cheddar cheese all formed in big circle of yummy and just a few calories! It's gluten free, has 5 grams of whole grains in one cake, and only 9 grams of carbohydrates. There is no salty flavor, smells like just popped popcorn, nice and thick where you could add something to the top (sliced pepperoni) and it will hold up. I got 3 sleeves with about 14 servings per bag all for a little over 11$ (2025). That is a good bang for your buck.

These are my favorite! They taste so good. They have a lot of flavor and do a good job curbing my appetite. They’re nice and thick, so they make a great snack. I’ll definitely purchase again.

Great, low calorie, no saturated fat snack!
Taste great and bought them for a good price during a Limited Tume Deal, otherwise the grocery store generic brands are equally as good at half the price! I enjoy their cheesy taste, that's its a full grain, low calorie snack without ANY saturated fat! I strongly wish Quaker would sell a variety pack of ONLY their three flavors without saturated fats because they're all delicious and I believe there would be a good market for them! They come double wrapped so stay fresh for a long time.

These taste more like butter . But then, butter and cheese are both dairy. I really like these. i wish they came in six or eight packs.
