One of my favorite marinades. This makes grilled chicken absolutely perfect, especially on a salad... and I don't need to add dressing when I grill chicken that has been marinated in the jalapeño lime flavor. If you aren't a salad person, it's great on meat and poultry... I don't need a side dish because this is so full of flavor and is very satisfying on it's own. The only caveat is needing to mix it with a beer. I don't always have beer in the fridge, so it kind of stinks when I have to make a trip to the store just for one ingredient (but it stinks when that is the reality in any first-world situation.) Honestly this is super tiny sacrifice to experience something that hits the spot every. single. time. I am a novice in the kitchen, but I will say I get the best feedback when I mix this with a Corona versus every other beer I have tried.

We love this brand! We have plenty of other spices from them and use them regularly. This one is a particulate favorite of the family and we use it on everything! Excellent flavor and enhances chicken, beef and pork.

I got these on prime day and figured it was worth the risk if they weren't very good. But this one turns out to be pretty good on chicken. I will say you need to use a healthy amount of it to be able to be tasty, but the can is quite a bit of the rub.

Derek made one of the best and most versatile spices with the Jalapeno Pilsner. Great for vegetables, in pulled meats, and even salads. One of my favorite go-to spices.
