Incipio BB-1031 DualPro Case for BlackBerry Q10-1 Pack - Retail Packaging - White/Gray

Its hard to find a lot of reviews on a case for a new phone. Its hard to find a case I really like too. I have never tried and Incipio case that I recall. I used Otterbox cases until I ran into some issues with the clip on my 9900, when I found a case-mate case that I liked. I wasn't sure about their cases for the Q10, in part because I didn't really want an all black case. This case is made very similar to the case-mate I had on my 9900 which was mostly black with some pink. So I knew I could work with the type of case, and really liked the blue with gray color.I received the case today and had no issue putting it on, although I didn't notice any instructions included in the box. It did come with a screen protector, a cleaning cloth, a little plastic tool to remove bubbles from the screen protector. I didn't try the screen protector as I received my Military Shield  ArmorSuit MilitaryShield - BlackBerry Q10 Screen Protector Shield + Lifetime Replacements  yesterday and didn't need it.The case looks great on my phone and feels great too. It doesn't add a ton of bulk to it, which can be an issue for tiny hands and tiny pockets. All the buttons still work and the ports are free to use.Great case - and wonderfully no black at all :)Update - 8/13/13 - the case is still working great. I have noticed the gray over the usb and hdmi plugs gets loose as there is not any firm plastic to support it - otherwise it seems brand new.

I've used this cover for a year. It's well-made, and I've had no issues with the design or quality. I ordered white, and (as I expected), it shows marks/dirt, but has kept my phone well-protected after many drops. It has just enough grip to not be slick, but still slides in and out of pockets/purse easily.

Fell apart. didn't like this for my Blackberry.

It fit my phone well, and had decent grip, but I needed to take it off once, and one of the top side plastic parts broke off. It was probably partly because I tend to bend stuff too much, but it still seemed a tad flimsy. Still, if you're not prone to breaking plastic covers when trying to get them on and off, it's a very nice cover.

I personally have no issues with the rubberized outter material collecting dust/lint from my pocket. My only gripe about the phone, as it has already been mentioned, is that the charging/HDMI ports are surrounded by the inner-rubber layer rather than the outter hardshell layer, which does, in turn, feel flimsy as it can effortlessly be pulled back and forth since there's no solid structure to keep it in place. It's really no big deal though. The case feels very nice with the matte-like hardshell on the outside, and tightly hugs my Q10. The border around the front edge of the phone is raised just enough to protect the front when the phone is face-down, but not so raised that it's in the way of comfortably typing along the first and last columns of the keyboard. It's a very clean and simple design that has an appropriate amount of bulk--that is, with the case off the Q10 does feel smaller and thinner but this is by no means a hard-core chunk of phone that you would get from having it in an Otterbox.

This case provides good protection and a nice feel/grip in the hand.The reason I'm assigning it 3 stars is for two reasons. One, the rubber portion of the case attracts lint like a magnet! Put it in your jeans pocket once and pull it out and the rubber inner parts that aren't covered by the plastic shell are covered in lint.Secondly, the part around the USB/HDMI ports is weak/flimsy. The rubber inner portion serves as the only protection between the border of the screen and the top of the ports. The outer plastic shell doesn't reinforce it there. Within a couple of days, that part was stretched a bit and it seems as though after several months of use it will probably rip/tear eventually.Overall this is a decent case and it will do the job of protecting your Q10 from drops and scratches, but the two drawbacks above have me looking for a different case. Maybe I'm just being picky?

I have had this case in my blackberry more than 6 months and I am not entirely impressed. With regular everyday used , The hard shell in blue picks up dirt and the rubberized part is stretching out around the buttons on the left. I have had incipio products before seems like they cut corners with this one.

I've had this case for a couple months now and it is excellent! It has a nice smooth feel and doesn't seem to attract too much dirt. It is a little loose around the plug holes, but it seems to hold up pretty well. I would buy this case again especially since it keeps the phone safe when I drop it accidentally.
