They followed through after initial miss
The first controller didn’t function. However, they promptly sent a replacement that worked great along with shipping label to return the first. Seller was super responsive and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

Great disappointment for $130 when the controller starts to drift after only two days.
I bought this brand new left hand controller for the Meta Quest 2 and then the two days later it started drifting. Not a quality product, shipped without care, or stored improperly because I just got this product.
