Good replacement for retina A cream. I am 61 and have been using retin A cream for 30 years and as a result, very few wrinkles, and it has faded sun spots and freckles. It is a miracle cream and I believe is the only cream you can buy that can works biochemically to smooth marks and lines on face. It started in the early 1980s as a means to end acne and they discovered that it actually had an effect on wrinkles in the areas where the acne was presiding. But the basic retin A cream does dry your skin out, and it must be used in just the right way by adding a moisturiser on to or buying Renova, which in the UK can cost up to £300. This product however, is much more accessible cost wise. It has the five percent retinoid and mixed with squalene, give a very good smooth application without drying out the skin. I use it at night and after about a week, already I notice a difference. It is an excellent solution to using the retin A cream which is only available through dematologists and is very expensive, less than renova but still up£90. In the Middle East you can buy it over the counter for 7£ only, I get my friends to bring it over.But this is no longer necessary as this great product, Granactive, is now available in this country. Buy and you will see s huge difference in your skin, less wrinkles, more glow, and less age spots. I love it

Box and bottle came opened, not sealed. Can’t trust to put this on my face as I don’t know what’s inside, feels like simple oil, grease, very disappointed, just money in the bin!

Skin looked great. A bit drying as retinoids are. A bit of a pain to be so rigorous about sunblock when using retinoids but that's how it goes. This brand is a great price and quality.

I thought I'd give this a try for the chicken fox scars on my back but I got carried away and starting rubbing it all over my keratosis pilaris on thighs and arms one night and slept with it on. Surprisingly the bumps have diminished and less visible after 1 use. I honesty didn't have any expectations for this brand but im so happy that I bought this.
