I recently bought MCT oil based on recommendations from friends who are also following a low-carb diet. I chose this particular brand because the reviews claimed it was tasteless and odorless. However, I found that it still has a very noticeable flavor. Even when mixed into my iced coffee, the taste is obvious. I decided to try taking it by the spoonful instead of mixing it into my drink, but the flavor was even more pronounced—even slightly spicy and quite strong. I’m not sure if that’s normal, but it was tolerable after a few minutes. Next time, I’ll try mixing it into hot coffee to see if that helps mask the taste. On a positive note, it does seem to curb my appetite, which I’m really happy about. But as for being "tasteless"? It’s far from it.

I received the MCT oil in time. Used different one before, bbut I personally think this is better. Easy to mix with my coffee, but also great for smoothie or yoghurt. No taste or smell and help me bit the cravings. Would buy again.

I have bought this brand before and it was as it supposed to be - no flavor. This time the product has a rancid/ detergent like/ soapy taste. It's probably a bad batch. I can't believe I can't return it. It's a product I have always liked but this is the last one I purchased from this brand.
