This came with no instructions and was very hard to get in touch with vendors - when i finally got the instructions , there were screws missing - despite me emailing vendors , I have heard nothing

I ordered this product for my dental practice. Straight after opening of the package, I noticed permanent stain, all over the product. tried to clean it, but impossible.
