I just have a lot of stress in my life and it was affecting my mood, energy and probably my health. I decided to try a vitamin product to get some help since I don’t like taking medications. I’m so happy I bought Bye bye stress because these capsules have helped me a lot. I feel relaxed and less anxious all day. I can’t explain it, I just feel calmer—no jitters, no anxiousness, no drowsiness, I just feel calmer. And I sleep better too. My co-workers and friends have told me I seem happier and more at ease. I did a little research on the ingredients and really like that it has lots of Vitamin B's, magnesium and Ashwaganda which is why it works so well for me. It's a great formula, I love it and highly recommend it. I will continue using Bye bye stress!

This is basically zinc and a B complex vitamin, but without the B12... and with a bunch of added herbal ingredients, but there's no telling how much of each, or at what concentration.Personally, I don't like mixing up vitamins and herbal supplements. It's confusing to keep it all straight (you don't want to take too much of certain vitamins!) and makes it hard to also take multivitamins regularly. That being said, some days I take a concentrated B12 and iron... and other days I take a multivitamin. So this will be a good supplement on the B12 / iron days.

I took these as directed on a day that I was planning on relaxing at a spa. I took two on an empty stomach 30 mins before breakfast. They were easy to swallow and didn't have any aftertaste. Unfortunately some stressful things happened that day and my watch kept telling me to calm down so it didn't work for me.

This product really helped with my mood and keeps me calm. I will continue to take this supplement.

Please contact your PCP or Gyn before using these. I did not before using these and ended up bleeding (female bleed) after 2 days of use, and it was not my time, so I stopped using and bleeding went away, started again 2 days ago and started bleeding again. Asked my Dr and she said yes the main herb Ashwagonda(not spelling that right) can lead to miscarriages and heavy periods.... they do make your mind feel good for a little, but not worth the health issues.

I feel this product works as stated I feel more relaxed, and it helps me stay asleep.

I was very excited to get these supplements. Unfortunately, these contain St John's Wort which is known to make birth control less effective. I did not realize that upon ordering. However, I did take two capsules as directed before realizing this, and I managed to get through a Saturday going to two different children's birthday parties with my six year old with a sense of calmness and enough energy to power through, all with a smile on my face lol! Overall though, if you are not on birth control or other medications that may have contraindications, I think these would be great.

These are quite effective for me. I felt less anxious and much less irritable while taking this blend and I felt results after only about a week of taking them. It has B1, B2, B5, B6, Biotin, Niacin, Magnesium and a few other important vitamins. I like that this blend includes St John's wort, lemon balm, ashwagandha and valerian among several other quality ingredients. Surprisingly it doesn't smell or taste awful even though it has Valerian in it. It hasn't caused me any tummy upset. I believe I've slept better while taking them as my mind seems more ordered and I don't lay there with my mind racing as much. Bye-bye, Stress indeed! I also like that it's made in the USA, it's affordable and effective!
