After an initial test run, here’s my pros and cons for the LELO HEX condoms. Pros: - Nice packaging. Not immediately obvious that they’re condoms, look more like a box for some luxury cologne or something. - Durability is excellent. Although they’re supposed to be ultra thin, they still feel thicker than what I’m used to wearing, so they feel extra strong to me. No worries about them breaking during normal use. In the unlikely event of one breaking, however, the hexagonal pattern is supposed to contain the break to a single hexagon. There are 350 hexagons per condom, so the break will be very minimal if one occurred. - Quantity is great. You get 72 condoms out of the two boxes, so it’s a great value. - There is no overbearing latex scent with these condoms. The odor is very minimal (big win for these). Cons: - The hexagonal pattern is located on the inside of the condom, increasing the interior friction and reducing slippage. This sounds great, but it really didn’t work for me; I actually had to take the first one I used off after a few minutes because it was interfering with my performance. I would actually prefer just a tiny bit of slippage on the interior of the condom, and these provided none whatsoever. Although in average in every sense, this made the condoms feel a bit tight and almost like I was too big for them; while my ego appreciated the confidence boost, my physical body didn’t reciprocate the excitement. - Similarly, the lubrication was very light. To be fair, the product does advertise itself as lightly lubricated, so this wasn’t unexpected, but you’ll definitely want to have some lube on standby before using these. Overall, these are high quality condoms from a top notch intimacy company. From the packaging to the product itself, they definitely feel like luxurious products when compared to other brands in terms of packaging and presentation. Performance wise, they did their jobs extremely well, but they didn’t work for me as well as other brands I’ve used. I know everybody is different though, so I’m sure others won’t have any issue with them. Also, I’m definitely going to be trying them out some more to see if the experience gets any better. It wasn’t a bad experience, but not the best I’ve had either. So, as of now, I’ll give them 4/5 stars and would recommend them for others to try.

Review of LELO HEX Original Ultra Thin Condoms with Increased Strength, Male Condom Update: The hex texture is on the inside rather than outside. I found it to be rather annoying when wearing if there is any movement inside the condom as it rubs against the head a bit too much. I didn't think it would be an issue at first, but after using a few I've realized the internal texture is not a feature for me. Well packaged in two boxes stuck together. Bottom of box has perforations to open easily. Boxed as pairs of condoms and easy to separate and open each wrapper. Not a lot of lubrication (good) and has a slight smell of chocolate. Not objectionable. Very thin (good). I didn't even notice this HEX patterning at all as it is almost invisible and you won't feel it. Bit of a marketing gimmick I think. Sizing is typical and strength seems acceptable - didn't break. Expiration is 4 years from now. Overall I would recommend.
