Love love love these!! Really gave me a boost, I put it on as soon as I woke up and then had great energy for my workout.

I’m pretty sure the patch actually gave me a chemical burn on my skin at first I thought I was just allergic to the adhesive, but it didn’t go away , and this product has a no return policy, so I have three spots that look all the same from the patch and I wouldn’t buy it again . 1 star because you can add 0!

The patches were easy to apply and mess free, which I love! My spouse and I used them to get a boost for our workout and they absolutely worked without making us feel jittery, which we loved! Our only complaint is that they didn’t really stick - we kept having to put them back on because they kept coming off, which kind of defeats the purpose if I have to stop my workout to hold my wrist hoping to make it stick. If it stayed on the entire time I’d give it 5 stars, but I feel like that’s a big flaw.

The patches are easy to apply and I definitely felt the boost during my work out! The only down side is that each patch cost around $3 so it can be expensive.

These work really well for me. I started using the “awake” patches, and those were really helpful in my days, so I thought I’d check these out. Glad I did. It got me through a 3 mile walk yesterday, which wasn’t even what I intended to do. I started out just want to do a quick walk with the dog. No issues with allergic reactions over the last two days. Also, I only use half a patch each time I use them.

EDIT: not sure they’re even educated on their own product either. I emailed them asking roughly how long it takes for everything to be absorbed. They said approximately 15-20 minutes, but it could be worn for 10-12 hours. Confused, I asked if leaving it on that long even does anything since they just said it’s all absorbed within 15-20 minutes. They basically just repeated the same thing and said it could be worn up to 12 hours but could be taken off at any point. Makes no sense.It works well. Nice boost for about 3-4 hours. If you have a caffeine tolerance though it probably won’t be very noticeable.It’s way too expensive though. Only 25mg caffeine per patch and who knows how much of the other ingredients but certainly not nearly enough to actually benefit from them except *maybe* slightly from the rhodiola extract but again they don’t list how much so who knows.Even if you buy the bulk option it’s still $2.50 per patch which is crazy for how little is actually in the patches. If you use 2-3 of them per day that’s $5-$7.50 per day just for 50-75mg caffeine and minuscule amounts of the other ingredients. They should be like $1 per patch AT MOST. Other patches are even less than that.
