Great game expansion in the Everdell series!

I bought Everdell for my daughter in law and she loved it! She was so excited to receive this expansion game and loves it equally. Great gift for those that love board games.

A very satisfying expansion to have. Provides alot more content and ways to play the game. Also fixes some of the limitations the base game has on its own.

Any good review starts with the shipping and I have to day this product shipped and it shipped in a nice crisp brown kraft box. It did not have any holes punched in the top, which was a good sign that it was what I ordered and not some live animal in a box that was mistakenly delivered to my door. Always check, because you don't want to inadvertently open a box with a live animal because 1) the animal doesn't belong to you 2) it would probably be very cranky even after 1-day Prime shipping, and 3) it can be very hard to get it back in the box. But I digress. The game was clearly shrinkwrapped by a master shrinkwrapper. I mean, whoever this guy was, he was an artisan. Nicely done, shrinkwrapper man! And the game? Well, it was a great game...nay, not a 'game' but an experience like no other! Where else can you send hedgehogs to fetch wandering first-class traveling bipedal woodland creatures to enjoy your Everdell societal delights and earn valuable game-winning points that are worthy of any LinkedIn post? I really like the way this expands the game and allows you to see more cards more often and adds some cool ways to gain points!
