So much better than I imagined
This is my first low carb, high protein pasta so I'm rating this based on how I feel both in comparison to regular pasta and what I imagined it to be. It's definitely much better than I thought! Seriously pleasantly surprised and it doesn't break the bank. I did some research and review comparisons between the most popular high protein pastas and so many had bad reviews about texture, taste, mushiness/falling apart and yes even though it's not exactly the texture of regular pasta, it's so much closer than I thought it would be! It also has more protein and less carbs than other more popular high protein pastas so for those macro conscious, this is a huge deal. The flavor and smell is almost exactly like pasta. I really enjoy the al dente pasta mouth feel (maybe even just a tad firm) so I cooked it for 11 min. instead of the rec 12-13 and for me it's a good chew but prob just a little too firm for most people. I think I'll try 12 min. next time just to see the difference, but it's a nice al dente nonetheless, not mushy, holds together, not chalky/grainy/crumbly. I don't remember the last time I had whole wheat pasta, but it might be similar in texture to that, okay but maybe not even, I don't know because it's pretty darn close to regular pasta I'm telling you! Overall definitely a 5-star for me and I'm not one of those health nuts who is no longer able to tell "pretty good" from cardboard. I'm kind of scared to try other brands so I'll stick to this for a while. Give it a try!

Should be a special rating for above 5 stars
My favorite thing I’ve probably ever ordered on Amazon! This pasta is absolutely delicious and amazingly yummy! I’ve been on low carb/Keto about a month and was starting to seriously miss my pasta BAD! I looked up low carb higher protein pasta, and I’m so glad I ordered this kind. The Ruffles are like my absolute favorite part of the lasagna noodle but just the ends. OMG are they SO WONDERFUL! I cooked them about 12 minutes and they were that perfect Al dente “bite” feel of regular pasta without any crash and burn or intense hunger for more. The fiber fills you up so perfectly and NO GUILT! I’ve made a childhood favorite of mine (comfort food) a version of tuna noodle casserole. SO GOOD! Then also so far a Tomato sauce with mozzarella and a shrimp Fettuccine all lower carb. Once I just had butter and garlic salt. I just ordered a bigger amount, and I cannot recommend this brand enough! They should have a special honor or award for this fantastic product! I could cry because I get to have pasta without feeling bad or gaining weight on the regular stuff where you can’t control yourself due to the excess carbs/sugar(For reference, if I was craving pasta in the past, I could easily eat an entire small pot of pasta in one sitting with no problem of getting too full! So like 3 cups of pasta! That’s a massive amount of calories and carbs I didn’t need! This product I can only eat about a cup cooked.) I have had zero digestive issues or problems with it! The protein and extra fiber is excellent for that perfect satiation! Edit: My partner and his father had some pasta the other night and even they liked it! Although pasta is not their thing. They’re more meat and potatoes people. They are not into alternative low calorie type foods or pasta but they even liked it and cleaned their plates! I was amazed because they’re so picky! I’ve used this additionally with chicken bone broth, chicken, sometimes low carb veggies like zucchini/onion for a very filling low carb, satisfying soup that helps with immunity and tastes so delicious! I made a kind of low carb/keto sort of “lasagna” as well (without all the traditional lasagna) that tasted exactly or about as close to regular lasagna that I’ve ever come remotely close to as far as low carb goes.

Good pasta texture
Good reasonably low carb pasta with a pleasant flavor and good texture. Cooks in about 13-minutes and does not fall apart as some LC pasta products will do. It makes a nice Mac & Cheese.

Just like regular pasta, but healthier!
So glad I found these! These were recommended by a person I follow on instagram and I'm so glad I tried them. I've been on a calorie deficit diet that encourages high protein and previously had resigned myself to soy bean noodles (which aren't bad, just not like wheat pasta). Pastabilites are delicious and no different in taste than tradition paste- just higher in protein and lower in net carbs. My whole family loves them!

Finally a good protein pasta!
It’s not easy to find a good protein pasta, most have bad texture or odd flavor. This one is actually great tasting and texture is perfect!

Not the greatest. But tough and chewy but you can overcook a lot to soften them
Stats and macros are pretty good. The texture is a little odd. There's a grittyness that reminds me of Cheerios. They are always way too firm and a bit chewy but if you overcook the crap out of them they do soften up more. I mean double what the instructions recommend to even get close to a standard pasta.

better than chickpea pasta
Good alternative for those needing a low-carb diet. Similar to regular wheat pasta in flavor and texture, but better for managing glucose. I've tried several brands of chickpea pasta, and they all fall short. This holds its form and doesn't turn to mush.
