My fish go wild for these flakes! I don't know if it's the red color or the taste but all my fish love these flakes! The price is fair for the guaranteed knock out of fish foods out there, the only better food are the live foods that I raise up for them but the flakes are far more convenient and less messy. Do yourself and your fish friends a favor. Try a bottle out to see if your fish agree with my review. The flakes are not crushed, they are actual flakes that you can easily place as single pieces or more to float for all to eat. They do not smell bad and do not leave a red residue on your fingers after you crush them. A definite keep in the fish room. Honestly, my fish all go ape for these flakes!

My fish go crazy when I walk up, with anticipation of getting a pinch of this stuff. Man, it is gone in seconds. I can’t speak to any color enhancement but the fish definitely grow. This is marginally high enough protein which is why I knocked off a star. That said, the protein content is higher than many other products.

Ok, so although a tad pricey,i am very happy with this product. ALL fish are eating it at this time, corys, severum, and rasboras. They gobble it up. The flake is delicate and does power up easily to be sure(if that is a concern to you), but for me the rasboras and corys are ensured to eat when this happens :-) I will be purchasing more products form this company
