This is a very good food for Cichlids. The fish accept this food readily and the food doesn't affect the water quality. Been feeding this for years, best pellets out there

I was worried about my 4 juvenile Redbelly piranhas not getting the proper food plus wanted to make sure my 75 gallon tank as clean as possible. Water quality is always an issue when you have messy eaters even with the best filtration. These pellets are the perfect size for my piranha. My fish are still young and around 3 to 4”. When I first tried these pellets I was worried because they float and my fish was used to other food sinking. It took them a few minutes and then one by one they attacked the pellets floating on the top of the water. I tried feeding them one to two times a day and just a few pellets. I’m very happy I got this fish food to try. They all seem healthy and happy and this bag will go a very long way. I usually bid about 20 pellets per day. That way there is less waste in the water and these pellets do not leave the water cloudy at all. I will be buying more of these whenever I need them. They have a very high nutritional value for protein. I suppose once they reach adult size I might get the larger ones. In addition to these pellets I feed them frozen shrimp about 3 times a week. Only 2 pieces though at a time.
