This charger works with the RESMED AIRSENSE 10 unit. We needed it urgently and were so relieved and grateful with the next day service. Really good price as well. I would definitely recommend investing in a backup charger as we were actually frantic as had an operation and huge risk of sudden death without cpap machine when going to sleep because of anaesthetic. Very happy to recommend this item.

Buy one of these now if you rely on a ResMed Series 10 CPAP machine. Even if your current power suply is just fine. I bought this as an emergency replacement for my ResMed Air Sense Elite (it is a ResMed series 10 CPAP machine). Unless you suffer from chronic OSA you cannot begin to understand my relief that this product is readily avaialable. This arrived about 26 hours after placing my order. I only wish it could been a same day delivery as it was for me a medical emergency. My power supply failed around 3.30am on Friday and this arrived Sunday lunchtime. By which time I was a wreck, with narcoleptic episodes, headache, faintness and so on. Of course until you plug it in you have no idea if the main unit has also failed, a truly frightening prospect. I purchased two of these power supplies from different suppliers as I could not risk getting a faulty product. Some people may be able to function for a while without a CPAP but if like me you are older, with other health problems, including the risk of stroke and heart attack you can fully understand that the failure of the power supply adapter was frightening.
