I recently purchased the Zerobeli Jowar Atta Biscuits with Elaichi (375g) and have been thoroughly impressed with the product. The biscuits are made with premium handmade atta and are a perfect blend of taste and health. For quite some time buying Zerobeli premium Jowar Atta biscuit and was largely satisfied with its quality and taste. Mostly was buying 1 or 2 packets at one time. My most recent purchase was 4 packs together to get price advantage. But I am most disappointed as the taste of Atta became very prominent, also the biscuits are very dry, not like earlier lots! Suddenly the taste changed drastically which I am unable to take. Have already tried two packs out of four. Also to mention that breakage is too much this time. For example, out of 25 biscuits, 17 are broken in the second pack. First pack has been same. Breakage was always there which is around 25-30% but this time it’s around 70%). Overall a very bad experience!

My main critique is the packaging, which looks surprisingly cheap and hand-made. For what is marketed as a premium product, the awful packaging detracts significantly from the overall quality perception.
