I’ve bought this before, but it was the larger size. I use this as a deodorant now. I mix equal amounts of flakes with distilled warm water and add some essential oils. Shake bottle and spray underarms. I no longer smell bad even if I forget to spray. I don’t even smell bad in evenings. It did take about a week before it worked well. The first week, my underarms really stank, getting rid of the bad chemicals from deodorant. I highly recommend this.

I mixed about 1/2 C of these to an 8 oz spray bottle. I spray on my thighs when I think of it & bottom of feet at night. Sometimes I also put a carrier oil on so it will absorb better. I read that would help. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I now sleep very deeply. I don’t wake during the night like I was for the last 8 mos or more. Haven’t noticed an increase in energy.
