I mean, so far no complaints. Older unit failed. Have spent my time running this wire and the older cameras worked fair. Plug and play. App is fine. We use all the time. Have had at least 6-8 months and is so much better than 10 year old DVR. Want to upgrade to POE like another property, but that’s for another day

I replaced my old security dvr with the Tigersecu. The system worked fine for two weeks. Then the system stopped working, only the brand logo on each camera screen. I called the helpdesk and they told me I needed a power adapter, even though I've never needed one for past two weeks and with older system. Update: the helpdesk was correct in that I needed a power adapter, but didn't explain it was the power just for cameras. I replaced the old adapter with a new one and the cameras are all working great now.

Replaced my old DVR with this new one. Easy to do with just a quick call to Tiger support to help with settings. It works amazingly well and much better than the old one. Very happy I did this.

I was going to use this to replace an old hybrid GW Security DVR. This DVR worked good with my AHD bullet cameras, but it would not work with my RS485 PTZ cams so I returned it. I still give it 3 stars because it was very easy to set up. I use a straight 1920X1080P television monitor for my cams and this DVR comes preset with a lower resolution. I had to connect it to a regular computer monitor to access the configuration menu on the DVR to change the resolution before I could install it, but it was easy to do. All my non-PTZ cameras were just plug-and-play, easy peasy. Also, I couldn't get it to work with a wireless mouse. Overall the quality seems okay, just not quite on the level of GW Security products.
