can i Used it for 15000 miles interval with Amsoil signature?

I don't see why not. But do your really want to wait 15000 miles? Is your engine worth taking that chance?

K&n says this will fit a 2020 f-150 with a 5.0l and amazon says no. who’s correct?

I know it fits my 2013 5.0. I doubt Ford made any significant changes to the Coyote engine oil filter since then but I could be wrong. In my opinion if you are weighing Amazon’s info against K&N I would go with K&N. They know what their products fit.
