Great Gel .
I am delighted to have found this gel after some advice from a doctor on YouTube on how to treat piles. After trying a lot of the commonly available creams on the market, this is perhaps the most effective I have found, even though it is not overtly marketed for this use. It is also great value and easy to use. In conjunction with bioflavanoid tablets and a higher fibre intake, I am hoping to have found a solution to improve things.

Relief from bites
This gel is amazing, I have been using it for years. You could buy it in chemists or supermarkets. But no longer, well done Amazon for still selling it.
