The wig came used. I didnt order a used wig. The wig came tangled and with a bobbypin in the wig. The wig also didnt have a wig net. The wig cap came unpackaged and looks used.

I bought this for a halloween costume. I assumed this would be on par with something you buy at Walmart or Target. This wig is AWESOME!! It feels and looks like what you imagine perfect hair as...it's shiny, soft and doesn't look totally fake on. The black doesn't look horrible--if I saw someone with this wig on at a glance, I would assume it was their real hair. The bangs are long, so I'll probably have to trim them a bit, but I am very impressed with this purchase. The hair will tangle...it's long hair. If you've ever had long hair you know how quickly it tangles. The wig is extra thick though, so if you have to carefully brush it and lose a few hairs, you'll have plenty to spare.

Yes, this wig does and will get tangle. I really recommend using things like hairspray and detangling spray to help the wig not tangle as much as it would without 'em (search YouTube videos to help you). It comes un-styled (like 99% of wigs) with long bangs for you to cut and shape to fit your face, that's how it's supposed to be. For what it's worth, it's a good wig for cosplay, I would recommend this. :)

the wig ended up being better than i expected! whenever i buy a wig for cheaper i always worry about how thin it is and the shine. barely any shine, its nice and soft, and thick near the bangs! im using this wig for a homura cosplay and id say it seems amazing for it! just needed some styling and trimming 1000% recommend
