RDP Turbocharger Up Pipe Kit Compatible with 1994-1997 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel

Perfect fit and works great. 1997 E350 7.3

94.5 F350 Powerstroke.Works good and solved my wore out up pipes.Only gripe is no exhaust collector studs so you will have to extract old ones or get new ones and the included bolts for the exhaust collector for mounting turbo are incorrect. They are a larger size head (17mm vs factory 15mm) and if you have ever pulled a turbo on one of these you know there is not much room. So if you go with the pipes do yourself a favor and order new collector to turbo studs 2, nuts 2, and bolts 2.

Up pipes weren’t that bad to do. They fit my 95 f250 with no issues. Didn’t have any leaks. Start at the manifolds and work your way up and tighten the turbo to the pedestal last. Only thing is the bottom bolts on the flange to turbo are to big. I ended up buying new studs and nuts since it’s a tight fit already.

Tricky to get old ones off and new ones on but possible with a lot of patience. I have a 1995 and it's a tight fit. A wee bit if cursing involved. Once in place they fit great. I used the old bolts on the collector to turbo as the ones provided are giant and it's already tight in there!

Showed up missing hardware, up pipes looked ok, the manifold had a hole in the casting. I noticed that upon pulling it out of the box. Had it been installed on the truck it would have been a total nightmare. I sent them back and ordered a set from full force diesel. All in all, they added 4 days to a weekend project. Defective

The kit is "ok" the bends are off a little and different shape than originals, they didnt line up exactly and the gaskets leaked, took a bit of work getting them to fit, leak free.

Product fit and finish was perfect. Replaced the oem stuff with no modifications. Would definitely recommend it.
