Kittens love this, only 2 top suction cups being used hold it securely, nice aesthetics too.
I read reviews about the fragility of the wood pieces but thought I'd give this a try anyway. I bought just the sling device without the "steps". So far, it's a hit with my 1.5-3lb foster kittens. They love it and use it all the time. It's been several weeks of daily use and it's holding up very well. The only signs of wear are slight snags on the fabric from their sharp kitten claws. Yes, the kittens are lightweights, but they are also rambunctious and are jumping in and out of this, pouncing on and wrestling with each other and are certainly not just gently getting in and laying down in this. The suction cups are big and provide strong support. This is even true with my particular application which allows only the 2 top suction cups as the only 2 that are used. I am using this mounted quite low on a sliding door. The door is constructed in a "French Door" style with very wide bottom rails. I am using this in a play enclosure for 6-10 week old foster kittens, so the sling cannot be mounted too high up on the glass. The top suction cups are positioned on glass just above the bottom door rail and the bottom cups sit on the rail itself. I had hoped the bottom cups would work/suction on the bottom rail, but the vinyl material of the door isn't compatible for suction. The 2 top suction cups hold strongly though and they've never given us concern about them failing. I've left the bottom cups in place and that gives the sling a little bounce when the kittens jump in and out of it, but that doesn't faze them in the least. Though the cups do not actually suction onto the door, they do flatten out when the kittens are in the sling. The wood and the linen-look woven fabric of the sling also give this a clean and classic look as well. I've yet to toss it in the wash and between litters I just spray this with a disinfectant and hang it out to dry. My kittens are very happy with this and I am too.

Get what you pay for
Hammock: I will start out with you get what you pay for. HOWEVER I think for the price, this hammock lasted a good amount of time with a lot of use. It is a good starter to see if it is something your kitty would use or enjoy. I ordered this in April, and it was used almost every-day since then for the ENTIRE day. When I tell you my cat lived in this hammock I am not lying. It broke first at the beginning of July and I was able to fix it with superglue, it broke in a different spot about two weeks later and I was yet again able to fix it by drilling new holes into the wood and using longer wood screws. All in all I am very satisfied for the $11 I paid and I am impressed that I have been able to pivot and fix it when it has broken. My cat is around 11lbs so take that into account. Steps: I purchased these steps in May and they have remained solidly stuck to our sliding glass door since then, with daily use, roughhousing with an 11lb cat and a kitten who has given these steps a run for their money. I think these steps are an excellent addition to a cat tree/hammock set up.

It’s cute that is for sure
My cat loves them! The suction power is okay, one of the stairs keeps falling off the window, but other than that the other ones stick great! They are super easy to build and my cat sleeps on it all day. She looks comfortable when sleeping on it as well.

Falls apart *very* easily
It’s a fine product if you do your own modifications. Out of the box, it’s broken and caused my small cat to fall off it more than once in 3 weeks. First time was from the metal supports coming out of the holes, second was the Velcro coming undone, and the third from the screws pulling right out of where the bed connects to the side braces. I had to go today to get more screws that were fatter and longer to actually hold inside of the predrilled holes. The screws they provide are too small for the predrilled holes.

sturdy and cute!
our cats love this! the white support bars are super helpful for the stability against the window. cats seem comfortable with the hammock part and it looks nice in our living room. it can also collapse to be put away if needed. after ~8 months, our cats were playing on it and it broke but we got a new one and continue to love the product

Useless
They don’t stick to windows… fall off before my kitties have a chance to jump on them. I’ve tried like 5 times 😔

Suction cups are supposed to be strong, right?
Wellllll...not in this case. 1 week in... Has fallen off the patio door twice. Butttttt...Bryan loves it. He was nowhere near when the scratching post fell, and it was hours since he last used it both times. Suction strength and quality is very questionable. If this week is a repeat, it's going back. So where it says in red font with urgency 'only 13 left' - there might be 14 lol. I have 4 cat beds on my patio doors and windows, and they haven't fallen off since I suctioned them on a year ago. I'm torn.

For ultimate lazy days
By far my 13 LB cat’s favorite go-to spot! Super easy installation: I placed it on the bedroom window. I was worried it wouldn’t hold up against her fluffiness, but it does not budge at all. Super durable: She loves to sit on the steps & survey the area like Batman, lay in her perch & sunbathe for hours, or perform world class dives off the top. Super easy to clean: Slip off the perch and throw it in the wash. Or if not so dirty, I’ll just Vacuum the perch itself.
