Good for pond repairs
Recently I have replaced the liner of my garden pool. Unfortunately my boarder collie likes to heard my koi and succeeded ripped the new liner just below the water line. The filler sealant as stayed good for over 6 weeks now with no sign of leakage. More importantly no fish have been harmed

This is an excellent product. It dries/hardens quite quickly (overnight) and does seal under water. The liner must be clean (wiped with a clean cloth) and weed free. I put the sealant onto a patch not just round the edges but also across the patch as well (a lot of sealant!!) and this worked well. After pressing the patch to the liner, the sealant then appears around the edge where it can be smoothed into a good seal, both under water and above the surface. Any excess sealant can be removed with paint cleaner.

Good quality
Great stuff. Helped me fix my pond that had a small gap at the bottom. After applying this to a small piece of liner a glueing it on the bottom (under water) the gap was fixed. Have done this about 3 months ago and the pond hasn't leaked since.

Mended butyl liner of large pond.
This adhesive is very easy to apply. Patching my black butyl lining my large pond, was very easy, although I drained the water to below the patch. White spirit can be used to remove the adhesive from hands. Instructions do advise that the adhesive takes 24 hours or more to cure, which may be necessary if the mend is stretched, so I played safe by not adding water to the pond until the next day. No sign of leaks! Only time will tell if the repair is permanent.

Essential for sealing ponds
Very expensive but an excellent product. I resealed the top of my pond and it worked perfectly. It is better than most alternatives that I have used. Under water can be tricky. (Surfaces must be very clean). Beware, it is very sticky and can be extremely messy if care not taken.

Successfully Glued Pebbles & Slate to My Butyl Liner
I wanted a Wildlife Pond where the edge of the butyl liner would be edged with pebbles around one section of the pond and slate/rocks around the remainder. I also wanted to create a pebble beach rising from the deepest part of the pond up to the shallow. For this to work in the way I wanted, I would need to glue these stones to the liner. This I did with just a small spot of Gold Label Pond Sealer (around the size of a 5p piece) on the underside of each stone/slate/pebble and held it onto the liner for around 30 seconds. I left these for around 24 hours just to be sure, before filling the pond with water. Success ~ it worked fine and the stones are still in place. I don't have any experience of glueing stones or the liner whilst submerged in water, so can't make any comment about the success or not of this method. I found this product in many of the local pond specialists, who all seemed to be charging between £20.99 and £24.99 for the same quantity of sealer.
